Ben Neighbors earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 1985. He has gained experience working as an Aerospace System Engineer and as a Home Builder. His training and experience has taught the artful skill of managing both people, and merging new technology with the proven methods of the building trades.
He understands the relationship between the design, construction methods, and cost as well as the long term financial commitments of the home owner. Striving to match the aesthetic characteristics of the home with the customers “likes” and ensure rooms, amenities, and the features meet the customer expectations. Not many builders have the skill to start with a blank sheet of paper and sketch out a floor plan and exterior and bring it to fruition of the final product.
